A message dated July 10, 2003, was received stating the Governor has                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                            
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

      "An Act relating to trusts, including trust protectors, trustee                               
      advisors, transfers of property in trust, and transfers of trust
